At Lexala Fragrance Co., we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:
All orders require a processing time of 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to pack and prepare your order, not the actual shipping time.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed on weekends or major U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Standard USPS Shipping. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

We currently ship within the United States only.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.64 for all orders.

Standard USPS shipping is the only shipping method available at this time.

Tracking Information:
A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Additional Information:

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Lexala Fragrance Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
